Who I work with.

I work with adults of all ages.

I have specific expertise and interest in working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, caregiver fatigue (both professional and personal), and people in the throes of transitions in their lives whether that’s due to a medical diagnosis, welcoming a new baby, or navigating changes of any kind.

How to work with me.

I offer telehealth therapy services for California residents via secure video conferencing. I accept some insurances through Alma. For clients who do not have those insurances, I can provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement if your insurance accepts your working with “out of network” therapists.

  • Initial consultation (15-20 minutes) - free

  • Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) - $180

  • Advanced care planning conceptualization- a focused and short-term offering. This service is a package of 3-4 sessions that can happen independently or with family. Together, we will talk and think through an advanced care plan that fits you and your values. Estimates are individually assessed for this service.

    NO SURPRISES ACT/GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
